I developed this sticker for use in my clinical CBT practice as a reminder to clients the thoughts aren't always true. Unfortunately our anxious, sad or angry thoughts can mislead us, and one of the key ideas with CBT is to make sure we don't believe everything that we think. We have the ability to change our thoughts and change our perceptions of situations. Of course this is harder said than done, but this sticker is meant to be a gentle reminder that thoughts aren't facts.
